Indictments charging defendants with cheating by false pretenses. Before STOUT, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 1089 and 1090, Oct. T., 1970, from judgments of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1969, Nos. 1071 and 1075. Argued June 22, 1971.
