DECISION PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28.

The judgments as to trafficking cocaine, possession of class B substance and possession of class C substance are reversed, and those verdicts are set aside. The conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia is affirmed, the sentence as to that conviction is vacated, and the matter is remanded to Superior Court for resentencing.
