Indictments charging defendant with conspiracy, possessing instruments of crime, simple and aggravated assault and carrying firearms on a public street. Before DURHAM, J., without a jury. Defendant found guilty of aggravated assault, conspiracy and possessing instruments of crime and demurrer sustained as to remaining charges. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1436, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Sept. T., 1975, Nos. 189, 190, and 191. Submitted December 22, 1976.
