Criminal proceedings. Criminal homicide, kidnapping, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act and unlawful restraint. Before RIDGE, J. No. 230 Pittsburgh 1981. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Criminal Division, Nos. CC 7905451A and CC 7905765. Submitted November 10, 1981.
