Taxation — Corporation Other Than Railroad or Public Service Corporation Without Right to Appeal From State Board of Equalization.

The syllabus in cause No. 24271, Indian Territory Illuminating Oil Co. v. State Board of Equalization et al., this day decided ( 170 Okla. 517, 41 P. [2d] 453), is adopted as the syllabus in this cause.

Appeal from State Board of Equalization. Proceeding by the Commonwealth Oil Gas Company and another against the State Board of Equalization and others. From an order of the State Board of Equalization dismissing the complaint, the petitioners appeal. Appeal dismissed.
