Civil Action No. 06-106J (W.D. Pa. Jun. 7, 2006)

Opinion

Civil Action No. 06-106J.

June 7, 2006

MEMORANDUM AND ORDER OF COURT

By order dated May 24, 2006 (the "May 2006 order"), the court dismissed Dr. Chandan S. Vora's purported "petition for removal" in the above-captioned matter for lack of jurisdiction and as otherwise frivolous. Presently before the court is Vora's motion to vacate the May 2006 order (Document No. 5).

Upon a review of Vora's motion to vacate, the court concludes that Vora essentially requests that this court reconsider its previous ruling dismissing the case. The court declines to do so for the reasons set forth in its May 2006 order. Accordingly, Vora's motion must be denied.

An appropriate order will follow.

ORDER

AND NOW, this 7 th day of June, 2006, for the reasons set forth in the memorandum above, IT IS ORDERED that defendant Chandan S. Vora's motion to vacate (Document No. 5) be, and the same hereby is, denied.
