Separate appeals having been taken to this Court from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 20, 2017 (Index No. 651969/15), and November 10, 2016 and December 16, 2016 (Index No. 653859/16), respectively, And plaintiff/petitioner having moved for consolidation of the aforesaid appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of directing the Clerk to calendar the appeals for hearing on the same date.
