Order Denying Defendant's Rule 12(b)(6) Motion to Dismiss


This matter coming on to be heard upon motion of the Defendant to dismiss Plaintiff's complaint pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, this Court having reviewed the parties' motions and memoranda in support thereof, and this Court having heard oral argument from the parties:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant's Rule 12(b)(6) Motion to Dismiss is DENIED.
