The petition by the defendant Sarah Puryear for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 156 Conn.App. 239, 113 A.3d 463 (2015), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly apply the federal ‘remuneration test’ rather than Connecticut's common-law ‘right of control’ test to determine an ‘employee’ under the Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act, General Statutes § 46a–51 et seq.?”
