Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. All concur. (The order denies plaintiffs' motion to strike out a paragraph of defendant's answer and grants defendant's motion to dismiss plaintiffs' complaint in an action under section 29 Work. Comp. of the Workmen's Compensation Law.)
