Order of filiation of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn [County of Kings], adjudging the defendant to be the father of a child likely to be born out of wedlock, and directing him to pay the necessary expenses of confinement and contribute to its support, unanimously affirmed. No opinion. Appeal from judgment dismissed. There is no judgment.
