This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Tampa, Florida trial session, scheduled to begin May 6, 2024.

On April 12, 2024, the Commissioner filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction and change caption as it relates to petitioner Porte V. Wheeler, Deceased. We will direct petitioner Anthony Joseph Commarata to file an objection, if any. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 29, 2024, Mr. Commarata shall file an objection, if any, to the motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction and change caption.
