Proceedings upon application for forfeiture of motor vehicle. Before WOLFE, P.J. Order entered directing forfeiture and denying motion by defendant owner to suppress evidence. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 408, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Warren County, Feb. T., 1975, No. 41. Argued April 12, 1976.
