ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The claim of cross-appeal filed by Marshall Citizens for Jobs and Opportunities (MCJO) is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Courts speak through written orders, not oral pronouncements, hi re Contempt of Henry, 282 Mich.App. 656, 678; 765 N.W.2d 44 (2009) (citation omitted). An order denying MCJO the right to intervene in the above-referenced action was not yet entered when the claim of crossappeal was filed. This Court cannot assume jurisdiction over a cross-appeal from an order that has not been signed and entered.
