And the Real Estate Board of New York and the Association for a Better New York having moved for leave to appear and file a brief amici curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeals in support of respondents-defendants-appellants,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
