And the Real Estate Board of New York and the Association for a Better New York having moved for leave to appear and file a brief amici curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeals in support of respondents-defendants-appellants,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion is granted and the amicus curiae brief shall be served on the parties, and one original and five duplicate hard copies, and one digital copy, of the amicus curiae brief shall be filed in this Court, with proof of service, on or before October 14, 2020.
