Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain, where the court, Berger, J., granted the motion to substitute Resolution Trust Corporation as plaintiff; thereafter, the matter was tried to the court; judgment of strict foreclosure; subsequently, the court, Jackaway, J., denied the motion to open the judgment filed by the named defendant et al., and the named defendant et al. appealed to this court. Affirmed.
