SCHEDULING ORDER ON THE RECEIVER'S MOTION FOR APPROVAL OF FINAL
REPORT AND ACCOUNTING, TERMINATING THE RECEIVERSHIP,
DISCHARGING THE RECEIVER AND CANCELLING THE RECEIVER'S BOND
Upon the request of the Receiver, the following schedule will apply to Receiver's Motion for Approval of Final Report and Accounting, Terminating the Receivership, Discharging the Receiver and Cancelling the Receiver's Bond (the "Motion"), to be filed by December 15, 2011:
Hearing on the Motion will be held on January 26, 2012 at 2:00 PM; and
Objections to the Motion must be filed by January 10, 2012; and
Any Reply to Objections to the Motion must be filed by: January 20, 2012.
