Indictments charging defendant with rape and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. Before GATES, P.J. Plea of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 436, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County, Nos. 139 and 189 of 1974. Submitted June 22, 1976.
