Indictments charging defendant with rape, robbery, aggravated assault, simple assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and recklessly endangering another person. Before SHADLE, P.J. Plea of guilty entered and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 61, March T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of York County, Jan. T., 1974, Nos. 390, 394, and 417, and Oct. T., 1974, Nos. 1374 and 1391.
