Indictment charging defendants with burglary and possession of burglary tools. Before MORRIS, P.J., specially presiding, without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 770 and 771, Oct. T., 1968, from judgments of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Feb. T., 1968, Nos. 891 and 892. Submitted December 9, 1968.
