AND NOW, this 7th day of June 2011, the Petition for Allowance of Appeal is GRANTED. The issue, as stated by petitioner, is:

Is not the probation condition authorizing random, suspicionless searches of petitioner's home illegal, as a violation of 42 Pa.C.S. § 9912(d)(2), as well as the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and Article 1, Section 8 of the Pennsylvania Constitution?
