Indictments charging defendant with robbery and criminal conspiracy. Before PORTER, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 503, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1975, Nos. 121 to 124, inclusive. Argued June 21, 1976.

Case is remanded for resentencing to allow credit for time served and judgment of sentence is affirmed as so modified.
