Indictments charging defendant with carrying a concealed deadly weapon, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery and assault and battery with intent to murder. Before MARSHALL, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 347 and 348, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Jan. T., 1972, Nos. 1944 and 1945.
