Indictments charging defendant with resisting arrest, carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a firearm on a public street or public property, assault and battery with intent to murder, attempt with intent to murder, aggravated robbery and playfully and wantonly pointing a firearm. Before MEADE, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 278, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Sept. T., 1972, Nos. 0249, 0250, 0251, 0252, and 0256. Argued June 9, 1975.
