Indictments charging defendant with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and manufacture, delivery and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, unlawful possession of an instrument of crime, and resisting arrest. Before MARSHALL, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of violations of The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act and resisting arrest and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 477, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1975, Nos. 139 and 141. Submitted June 22, 1976.
