Indictments charging defendant with unlawful possession of instruments of crime, unlawful possession of prohibited offensive weapons and unlawful possession of instruments of escape. Before KALISH, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 479, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1975, Nos. 172 and 173. Argued June 16, 1976.
