Indictment charging defendant with rape and criminal conspiracy. Before KUBACKI, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1116, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1974, Nos. 1050 and 1051. Submitted September 10, 1975.
