Indictments charging defendant with burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, conspiracy to commit burglary, and wantonly pointing and discharging a firearm. Before HONEYMAN, J. Appeal, No. 818, Oct. T., 1968, from judgment of sentence of Court of Oyer and Terminer and Quarter Sessions of Montgomery County, Sept. T., 1966, No. 394. Argued March 17, 1969.
