Indictment charging defendant with simple assault, terroristic threats, impersonating a public servant, false imprisonment and indecent assault. Before LORD, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1924, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1974, Nos. 1174 to 1178, inclusive.
