Indictment charging defendant with attempted rape, assault and battery, indecent assault and related offenses. Before STOUT, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1081, Oct. T., 1968, from order of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Aug. T., 1967, No. 914.
