Indictments charging defendant with burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, forgery, uttering and publishing a forged instrument and related offenses. Before SILVERSTEIN, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 907 and 908, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Aug. T., 1972, Nos. 221 and 222. Argued June 14, 1973.
