Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while operating privileges were suspended. Before MYERS, P.J. Appeal, No. 920, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Columbia County, Oct. T., 1973, No. 128. Argued June 12, 1975.

Ambrose R. Campana, with him Campana Campana, for appellant; Gailey C. Keller, District Attorney, submitted a brief for Commonwealth, appellee.


Judgment of sentence affirmed.
