Indictments charging defendant with burglary, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and violation of the Uniform Firearms Act. Before GREENBERG, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 1048, Oct. T., 1968, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, July T., 1965, No. 760. Argued December 11, 1968.
