Criminal proceedings. Robbery, burglary, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and crimes committed with firearms. Before REED, J. No. 1395 Philadelphia 1980. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Criminal Division, No. 6681 of 1978. Submitted February 23, 1981.
