Indictment charging defendant with larceny of a motor vehicle, receiving stolen goods, operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent, and conspiracy. Before GRIFFITH, P.J., specially presiding, without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 699 to 703, inclusive, Oct. T., 1967, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Nov. T., 1966, Nos. 0030 and 0031, and Oct. T., 1966, Nos. 2128, 2129, and 2133. Submitted September 12, 1967.
