Indictment charging defendant with failing to identify himself at the scene of an accident and failing to render assistance in violation of The Vehicle Code. Before MARRONE, J. Appeal, No. 962, Oct. T., 1968, from order of Court of Quarter Sessions of Chester County, March T., 1968, No. 153. Argued March 19, 1969.
