Indictments charging defendant with robbery, criminal conspiracy and resisting arrest. Before MIRARCHI, JR., J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1592, Oct. T., 1975, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1975, Nos. 1039 to 1042, inclusive.
