Indictment charging defendant with rape, aggravated assault and battery and simple assault. Before ROSENWALD, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 696, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, May T., 1974, Nos. 850 and 851. Argued June 11, 1975.
