See Pa.R.Crim.P. 904(F)(2) ("the appointment of counsel shall be effective throughout the post-conviction collateral proceedings, including any appeal from disposition of the petition for post-conviction collateral relief.") See also Pa.R.Crim.P. 904, Comment (appointment of counsel remains effective through the allocatur stage, and that "[i]f the decision is made to file a petition, counsel must carry through with that decision. See Commonwealth v. Liebel, 825 A.2d 630 (Pa. 2003).") Counsel is directed to file a Petition for Allowance of Appeal within 30 days of this order.
