ORDER


AND NOW, this 4th day of January, 2011, the Petition for Leave to File Petition for Allowance of Appeal Nunc Pro Tunc is GRANTED. See Pa.R.Crim.P. 904(F)(2) ("the appointment of counsel shall be effective throughout the post-conviction collateral proceedings, including any appeal from disposition of the petition for post-conviction collateral relief.") See also Pa.R.Crim.P. 904, Comment (appointment of counsel remains effective through the allocatur stage, and that "[i]f the decision is made to file a petition, counsel must carry through with that decision. See Commonwealth v. Liebel, 825 A.2d 630 (Pa. 2003).") Counsel is directed to file a Petition for Allowance of Appeal within 30 days of this order.
