Indictment charging defendant with assault and battery, indecent assault, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to ravish, and rape. Before BARBIERI, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 335, Oct. T., 1967, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Jan. T., 1966, No. 1523. Argued June 13, 1967.
