Indictment charging defendant with unlawful possession and dispensing of narcotics. Before MEYER, J. Appeal, No. 143, Oct. T., 1969, from order and judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Lebanon County, No. 286 of 1968. Argued March 20, 1969.

The order suspending sentence and the judgment of sentence are vacated and the record is remanded with direction that the appellant be resentenced in accordance with law.
