Proceedings upon appeal from conviction before District Magistrate for operating a motor vehicle while operating privileges were suspended. Before WIEAND, J., without a jury. Appeal, No. 581, Oct. T., 1975, from order of Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, No. 193S of 1974. Argued June 12, 1975.
