Indictments charging defendant with aggravated assault and criminal attempt to commit rape. Before JOHNSTONE, JR., P.J. Verdict of Guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 703, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Nos. 2353 to 2357, inclusive of 1974. Argued June 14, 1976.

Edward F. Browne, Jr., Assistant Public Defender, with him Penn B. Glazier, Assistant Public Defender, for appellant; Michael H. Ranck, Assistant District Attorney, and D. Richard Eckman, District Attorney, submitted a brief for Commonwealth, appellee.


Judgment of sentence affirmed.
