Indictments charging defendant with burglary, receiving stolen goods, theft and criminal trespass. Before DALESSANDRO, J. Plea of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1203, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, Nos. 2750 and 2750A of 1975, and Nos. 82 and 101 of 1976. Argued June 22, 1976.
