Indictments charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while operating privileges were suspended, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and aggravated assault. Before PODCASY, J. Verdict of guilty of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and aggravated assault and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 366, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County, Nos. 2059 and 2059-A.
