Indictments charging defendant with robbery, unlawful possession of an instrument of crime, criminal conspiracy, simple assault and aggravated assault. Before ROSENBERG, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of robbery, criminal conspiracy and aggravated assault and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 933, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1975, Nos. 1188, 1190, and 1191. Submitted June 14, 1976.
