Indictments charging defendant with robbery and criminal conspiracy. Before BLAKE, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 314, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1975, Nos. 1966 and 1967. Argued June 15, 1976.
