Indictments charging defendant with robbery, larceny, aggravated assault and battery, assault with intent to maim, operating a motor vehicle without the consent of the owner and conspiracy. Before ORLOWSKY, J. Appeal, No. 415, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, May T., 1973, Nos. 835 to 840, inclusive. Argued June 13, 1975.
