ORDER


AND NOW, this 25th day of October, 2000, upon consideration of the "Petition to Request Leave to Supplement Petition for Allowance of Appeal Petition to Withdraw as Counsel," permission to withdraw is granted. The Petition for Allowance of Appeal filed by counsel on May 2, 2000, prior to his receipt of notice from Petitioner that Petitioner wished to proceed pro se, is stricken. The pro se Petition for Allowance of Appeal received by the Prothonotary on May 2, 2000, deemed filed as of that date, having been considered by the Court, is denied.
