Indictments charging defendant with burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, robbery, pointing a deadly weapon, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act and conspiracy. Before BLOOM, J. Appeal, No. 707, Oct. T., 1974, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, March T., 1972, Nos. 836, 837, and 840.
